Breakfast at Steinsdotter's

I mentioned in my last post, that we got a "new" dining room table
Today I snapped some photographs of it in daylight, and had to try some "food styling" while I had
my camera out. This was my first go at it, so it's not the best result. But it was fun, and I will certainly try more

This is a typical breakfast for me. I love bread with tomatoes, garlic, Himalayan salt and black pepper.
And some coffee, latte, black or chocolate-flavor. Mmmn.

But back to the table. I l o v e it.
I love that it's long and more narrow than usual tables, and the wheels are so useful.
Can't wait to fill it with friends, wine and good food

  7. OMGoodness...I love your new table, and how it looks decked out with all of the candles. I can see it creates so many different ways to decorate the rest of your space and the top of the table.

It's a great table. We've been without for a long time. Nearly 6 months I think.
Because I didn't want to spend money on just A table, I was waiting for the right one to come my way.

So I've looked and looked at this site, where people sell their old things, and FINALLY I found this table.
It just screamed "come and get me, I'm yours"... So so it became. My new love <3

  13. That table! I think I'm in love. It's looks like it was salvaged from a summer cottage on the coast, but the wheels--are just--perfect. Love at first sight.

I think you did beautifully with the food styling. c:

    1. In reality, we salvaged it from a ski lodge.
      Almost the same tho ;)

I know, I love the wheels as well.
They look great, and are very useful for someone like me, who always have to try new ways to furnish my home.

    1. After I posted these photos, my best friend and I were talking garlic.
And she told me her husband HATE it, both the taste and the smell. So she isn't allowed to eat it.

I had to laugh and said " well honey, that's almost a good enough divorce-reason" ;)
