A portrait of my daughter, once a week, every week, in 2014

Let's pretend we're in a french movie for a second?

My beautiful Sara behind our dirty basement window. It's such a joy photographing her.
Really, what am I to do when she is all grown up and leave home soon?

This photo was also chosen by PHOTOFOCUS, to showcase me as a new and emerging talent.
That feature you can find HERE

My favorites from last week:
Cute little feets, the magic of light, sweet Elke, that PJ and oh, what a sky

    1. Thank you Janey.
It wasn't all that, but then I converted it to black and white, and suddenly it was kind of magic.

    1. Thank you for your sweet words, Erica.
      Means a lot.

It's always fun when you get that magic photograph, that one special out of the bunch. That's the way I feel about this picture. And it's great to see other people like it as well.

  8. Wow! Just stunning -- you are one lucky parent to have such a lovely project to photograph :-) And I looked at the rest of the collection -- I can tell she has a fabulous personality too. What fun!

    1. Yes, she is so much fun photographing.
I count my blessings every day. And she is also an amazing child in other ways.
